- All prices are in USD.
- Orders must be paid upfront and will not be shipped without payment.
- Items are shipped from Guelph, Ontario in Canada
- For custom work or wholesale, please email email@example.com.
- Items over $75 are shipped free to the US and Canada (yay!)
- All physical goods are shipped out on Fridays.
- Items that are made to order take 4-6 weeks to create. We will notify you when the item ships out.
- COVID UPDATE! World-wide shipping is available, however because of COVID there are restrictions on where we can ship. If you're outside the US, Canada or the EU please check the Canada Post Suspensions Page (under 'Many Destinations Impacted') to make sure you are in a serviceable area. If you are not in a serviceable area at the time of shipping we will contact you.
Refunds & Returns
Please note that we're a small company and reinvest our profits back into the business to sustain and grow it, as well as pay suppliers in countries like South-Africa and Swaziland who don't have a large income or support system to rely on. We therefore ask you to consider your purchase carefully before you put in your order.
> Condition of Returned Items
Returned goods that not returned in original condition and/or without the original packaging are not eligibile for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds, partial or full, on items that are altered or damaged in any way.
> Refunds on Shipping Charges
If your return is due to an error on the part of Slowly Gathered we will absolutely make it right and refund you for the shipping costs of your order. If the return is for any other reason, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
> Shipping your Return
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you ship your parcel with a carrier that offers tracking as well as insurance when returning goods. We can't process returns or offer refunds for packages that were lost or damaged during shipping.
