Payment
  • All prices are in USD. You can change the currency at the top of the page. 
  • Orders must be paid upfront and will not be shipped without payment.
  • Items are shipped from Guelph, Ontario in Canada
  • For wholesale, please email hello@lottiemadeco.com.
Shipping
  • Items over $49 are shipped free to the US and Canada (yay!) for members. Becoming a member is free but signup is necessary to receive the code. 
  • The recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping. We are unable to remove pricing from documents as the correct value must be provided. We do not mark packages as gifts or samples, all prices will be shown for custom clearance.
  • All physical goods are shipped out on Fridays.
  • Items marked 'Made To Order' take up to 4-6 weeks to create. We will notify you when the item ships out.
  • COVID UPDATE! World-wide shipping is available, however because of COVID there are restrictions on where we can ship. If you're outside the US, Canada or the EU please check the Canada Post Suspensions Page (under 'Many Destinations Impacted') to make sure you are in a serviceable area. If you are not in a serviceable area at the time of shipping we will contact you and refund you.
Refunds & Returns

Please note that we're a small company and reinvest our profits back into the business to sustain and grow it, as well as pay our suppliers, also small businesses. We therefore ask you to consider your purchase carefully before you put in your order. 

  • Due to the fragile nature of paper, we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on any paper products, including stationery, prints and greeting cards. In addition to paper goods, made-to-order, digital products and workshops as well as original art can also not be returned or refunded.
  • All other goods can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us via hello@slowlygathered.com to request a refund. Goods shipped back without contacting us first will not be accepted. Refunds only apply to the cost of the goods, unfortunately shipping and duties can not be refunded.
  • > Was it our mistake?
  • We package and ship with great care. In the rare occasion that a shipment arrives broken we will make it up to you. To receive a replacement email a photo of the package within 2 business days to hello@slowlygathered.com. If the piece was a one-of-a-kind, like original art, we'll refund your total including shipping costs.
  • > Condition of Returned Items

    Returned goods that not returned in original condition and/or without the original packaging are not eligibile for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds, partial or full, on items that are altered or damaged in any way.

    > Refunds on Shipping Charges

    If your return is due to an error on the part of Slowly Gathered we will absolutely make it right and refund you for the shipping costs of your order. If the return is for any other reason, the shipping charges will not be refunded.

    > Shipping your Return

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you ship your parcel with a carrier that offers tracking as well as insurance when returning  goods. We can't process returns or offer refunds for packages that were lost or damaged during shipping.
